The Black Road 2008 is returning to the Embassy Suites, 123 Boston Post Road West, Marlborough, MA 01752. [map]
We have a group code (BRG) that can be used for making reservations via the Embassy Suites website at our negotiated room rate. For those who prefer to call instead, be sure to mention that same group code to ensure that you get our group rate and our reserved block of rooms. If you have any problems, please email our Hotel Liaison.
Our room rates are:
King $124.95/night
Double $134.95/night
Kitchen $149.95/night (available on a limited basis)
If you decide to instead go with a different Embassy Suites rate offer (such as one of their advance-pay deals), please be sure to still mention both the con and our group code in the comments section of the reservation form, so that your room still counts toward our total.
The hotel room reservation deadline is June 2, 2008. Any reservations made after June 2, 2008, will be subject to rate and space availability. As the hotel may well be full for the weekend of TBR, we strongly recommend making your hotel reservations well in advance!
